We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you wish to exchange a damaged or defective product please send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, explain and document the problem. In your email, include your order number.
If after reviewing your email, the products are deemed damaged or defective, product can be returned and exchanged only. We have the right to request the damaged or defective product for quality control purpose. We reserve the right to deny any return/exchange requests.
We do not, and will not accept returns, or issue refunds for packages which are marked “return to sender” or “refused.”
This policy does not include improper use of products.
