Return Policy
1. Retail Purchasers
All products purchased from Vape Nebula are governed solely by this Return Policy. These terms apply to situations where:
(a) a product arrives damaged or defective, or
(b) you wish to return a non-faulty item.
a. Return of Damaged Hardware
If you receive a damaged device, you must notify us immediately. Please provide:
- A clear description of the issue
- Proof of the damage (including photos of the damaged package and item)
Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we will authorize a replacement. Replacements are issued only as exchanges, and approval will not be granted for claims submitted more than 5 days after the delivery date.
Any replacement shipment requires you to return the damaged item along with:
- The original packaging
- A copy of your purchase invoice

As stated in subsection (c), disposable devices and e-liquids are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
b. Return of Non-Faulty Products
Refunds are not available for any products purchased from our website. However, you may return a non-faulty hardware item if:
- It is sealed and in its original, unopened packaging
- It is returned within 5 days of receipt
Once we receive the unopened product, we will issue store credit that can be used on Vape Nebula for future purchases.
As noted in subsection (c), e-liquids and disposable devices cannot be returned.
c. No Returns for E-Liquid and Perishable Products
All e-liquids and disposable devices are considered final sale due to their perishable nature. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In rare cases, and at its sole discretion, Vape Nebula may choose to accommodate a customer on a case-by-case basis.
2. Wholesale Purchasers
Wholesale orders are governed entirely by the Wholesale Terms and Conditions Policy, as well as any additional terms included on the wholesaler’s invoice.
